The products purchased from artaflora.in are eligible for return or refund only under the following conditions.
 
Returns for exchange.

  • Mismatch between order and supply.
  • Manufacturing Defects.
Please follow the instruction for exchanges.
  • Shoot the video while unboxing and the send  same to us within 2 Days of receiving the consignment by email to  artafloraindia@gmail.com
  • Video should clearly show the defect or damage in transit to become eligible for free exchange.
  • Wait for our instructions.
  • Exchange will be provided at no cost to the customer.
 
Note. The pebbles are not to be exchanged or returned.
 
Refund
 
Artaflora informs its customers if their order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period mentioned on the website (artaflora.in). Since most of the products are handcrafted by tribal artisans, unexpected delays may occur due to factors such as political unrest, extreme weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

In case of a delay exceeding seven days beyond the period mentioned on the website, customers are eligible for a refund upon request.

  • Ensure the video captures the entire unboxing process and clearly shows the defect or damage (if any).

  • Our team will review your request and provide further guidance.
