Natural plants Versus Faux Plants in Indoor gardens.

Indoor gardening is a new trend in modern living. But it often proves to be more challenging than expected due to the followin difficulties:

Natural Plants.

Fact: No natural plant can survive without water and sunlight.

  1. Natural plants require consistent care, much like children. This includes regular or occasional watering, fertilizing, pruning, cleaning, applying pesticides, and exposing them to sunlight at least once every 15 days or so.

  1. Allergies are a concern—some plants can cause skin rashes, sneezing, wheezing and aggravate asthma in people or pets.

  1. Sunlight is essential for natural plants without disputing the fact of biological phenomena of photosynthesis. Despite this, many plant sellers claim that there is no need for Sunlight.

  2. Practical side of exposing plants to sunlight. People are restricted to keep small  indoor plants as the big plants with pots are pretty heavy to carry in and out

  3. Exotic plant species from Western countries often struggle to grow in tropical climates like India. Eventually they die.

  4. Watering can be messy. Sometimes over watering happens. This leads to water spilling out of the pots, causing stains and making your floors look unsightly.

  5. Long-term commitment may fade. The care and attention that plants need can become burdensome over time, leading to neglect, misunderstandings, and even minor disputes at home.

  6. Natural plants age and die. They will eventually need replacing, adding to the cycle of care.

  7. Setting up an indoor garden remains a dream as that feels out of reach for many due to practical reasons.

  8. Superstitions about plant death indoors can lead to anxiety, with some believing it to be a bad omen.
